District 8 will be holding the annual mid-state safety and survival 
seminar at the Manor on Thursday, January 13 featuring FDNY Chief John 
Norman.  Anyone interested in attending, please let the admin office 
know so we can get a head count on the number of tickets to purchase.  
This is always a fun event and it is open to any department member.

Good morning Chiefs,

As voted on at our last D8 meeting, we are getting back to having our 
annual seminar.  This year’s seminar will be held on Thursday, January 
13^th at The Manor in West Boylston and will feature retired Chief John 
Norman from FDNY.  Chief Norman will be sharing his years of experience 
with us in a seminar titled: */Leadership on the Fireground/*.  The cost 
for the seminar is $25 per person; payment can be in the form of check 
or through Venmo.  Information on payment is on the attached poster.  
Please circulate this within your departments, and reach out to either 
myself or Chief Z with any questions. Please note, we are not going to 
be accepting any payments at the door, so make arrangements to get 
payment in before the seminar.  Chief Z will send out invoices to any 
departments who need them.
