Thank you for contacting ESO Support for assistance!

And thank you for notifying us that the Shift Pickup page in Self 
Service is not accessible in your database. Several departments have 
been affected by this issue. Please know, we are aware of this issue and 
our team is prioritizing finding a solution. We apologize for the 
inconvenience this may cause you and your department in the interim.

As we work to find a solution, there are a few workarounds to access the 
Shift Pickups page. Here are the methods we have located that are 
successful:

 1. Access from dashboard widget in Self-Service
 2. Going straight to the url
    https://scheduling.esosuite.net/EPS/lite/OpenShifts.ashx (employees
    will need to be logged in to their account and then open a separate
    tab and paste this link)
 3. Access from mobile site
 4. Access from Schedule Info (i.e. week or 2 week, red items)

We sincerely appreciate your patience while we work to find a solution! 
We plan to have this resolved by tomorrow morning. Please let me know if 
you additional questions!
