[HFDlist] Manning Street Bridge Project

All,

Starting on Monday 07/27, Manning Street will be closed to one lane at 
the bridge near Trout Brook. Temporary traffic lights will be installed 
to assist with traffic. The lights will be equipped with Opticom. The 
project is expected to last about a month.

Please plan accordingly.
