   FYI

    

   Because of the growing concerns with the spread of COVID and the  
safety of patients and staff, UMass has updated their visitor policy  
at both the University and Memorial campuses.

    

    

    

   BEGINNING TOMORROW, FRIDAY 12/18/20 AT 7AM, NO VISITORS WILL BE  
ALLOWED IN THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENTS.

    

   _*Reminder:_ Parents of pediatric patients, Attorneys of patients,  
and companions or designated support persons for patients with a  
disability or special needs are not considered visitors but must be  
screened prior to entering.

    

    

    

    

    

   Attached is the updated _inpatient_ visitor policy for your
