[HFDlist] Captain Promotion

All:

The Chief of Department would like to announce the promotion of Josh  
Poznanski to the rank of Captain with the Holden Fire Department.   
Josh has been a LT in charge of Group 4 since 2012 and a firefighter  
with the department since 2006. Prior to taking the position with HFD,  
Josh was a Captain with the Millville Fire Department. With this  
promotion, Captain Poznanski will be taking over all aspects of the  
Departments training program.  The promotion will take effect on 2/1/17.
