[HFDlist] Department Officer Changes

For those of you who don't know, Captain Scott Charbonneau has retired  
from the Holden Fire Department effective 1/31/2017.  As of 1/15/2017,  
The open Group 2 shift officer position will be filled by FF Andy  
Miller as an Acting LT until such time as the posted LT exam and  
process is complete.  As an acting LT, FF Miller will have the same  
authority as any of the other shift officers.  FF Miller is the most  
senior career firefighter in the department and has served as both a  
call LT for many years and as an Acting LT in the past.  Any questions
