UMass University Cath Lab from Friday 1/12 at 17:00 through Monday 1/15 
at 07:00.

Good morning,

Please be advised that the *Cath Lab at UMass University* must shut down 
again this weekend to complete needed upgrades.  St. V’s has agreed to 
accept all 911 STEMIs during this time. The shut down will be from 
Friday, *January 12^th at 6pm through Monday, January 15^th * (7am 
anticipated).

Please advise your EMS crews of this outage and that all patients 
meeting STEMI criteria *_after 5pm on Friday_* (1/12) should be 
transported to the next closed PCI capable facility, which for most will 
be St. Vincent’s. This also includes patients previously in cardiac 
arrest that achieve ROSC. Of course, any unstable patient /active arrest 
should be transported to the closest facility (including UMass if 
applicable).

Daily HHAN alerts will be sent by CMED as reminders.
