[HFDlist] Covid and Flu Vaccine Opportunity

Good Morning,

In conjunction with the Holden Urgent Care, any member of the  
department interested in obtaining Flu or Covid Vaccination (Moderna  
only) may do so on either Tuesday 12/26 or Friday 12/29. Those  
interested should reply to me with your intent (Flu only, Covid Only,  
Both) no later than tomorrow(12/22) by 5pm. The urgent care will  
collect insurance information, but no out of pocket expenses will be  
incurred.
