Congratulations to Katie Goulding and husband Tyler on the birth of 
their baby girl Cecelia Ann! She was born this morning at 8:32am and 
weighs 3lbs, 15oz. Katie is doing well, and the baby is being monitored 
for her breathing. We wish Katie, Tyler, and Cecelia lots of good health 
and some..... sleep!
