[HFDlist] Santa is coming to Town

Good Evening All,

Due to this weeks uptick in Covid cases within our department, it has been decided to cancel tomorrows kids Christmas event. I understand that this really impacts the kids that look forward to this every year, but we need to be responsible for the health and safety of the Department members and their families. 

Again, it truly hurts us to have to cancel this event, but look forward to make it even bigger and better once we get through this pandemic.

From the Fire Departments perspective, we will still be giving Santa a ride from the station to the center of town on the Fire Truck. We will be allowing children/ members family to accompany Santa for the ride, but ask that it is limited to immediate family only as space is limited. There will be no kids party after as we have in the past. Once Santa is dropped off, the trucks will be returning to HQs.
