[HFDlist] Covid-19 Emergency Protocol/Updated Guideline v4

Good Evening,

OEMs has released an emergency Covid-19 Standard Treatment Protocol.  
Please see the attachment and make yourself familiar. As Chief Hall  
indicated earlier, attached you will also find the updated HFD  
Covid-19 response guideline. As usual, the updates are highlighted in  
yellow. 

We anticipate placing MDIs (combivents) on the ambulances tomorrow.  
These are in short supply so only one MDI will be available per unit.  
We will also be adding HME filters for BVM use, and MDI adapters for  
ventilator patients. I will send out some training information  
regarding all of these items tomorrow (Saturday). 

I appreciate everyone's cooperation and flexibility with changes.
