[HFDlist] STP 2020.2 Updates

All:

OEMS has already released some technical fixes to the 2020 Protocols.  
There is no official protocol update class and no credits will be  
issued, but please review the attached changes chart and sign the OEMS  
roster that will be hanging outside of the full-time office to  
acknowledge receipt.
