please let me know, we will only commit 1 ambulance so first 2 
interested get it.  There is con-ed credit available and it will be a

Next Wednesday June 20^th we will be conducting a MCI drill in Sterling 
and I would like to invite your departments to participate.  ALS or BLS 
level ambulances would be fine. This would be a “real-time” drill and it 
is scheduled to begin at 7:00PM so I would anticipate you would be 
called just after 7:00PM.  The current anticipated site will be Sterling 
Airport located at 121 Greenland Road.  As many of our youngest members 
have not experienced this type of drill, we are going to be focused on 
the MCI command and organizational positions as well as proper patient 
flow so “real-time” may be interrupted for teaching points.

At this point all I need to know is whether or not you want your 
department to participate.  If you do not, we will not call you and only 
note that we would have called you as part of the drill.  This drill has 
been approved by Region II so there will be continuing education credits 
for your crews.
