[HFDlist] SCBA compressor OOS

All:

The SCBA compressor is out of service and should not be used.  We can 
still utilize the full fill station bottles but please see an officer 
before attempting that operation.  For the foreseeable future, we will 
be using the air trailer as a temporary fill station.  Any questions 
please contact either myself or Deputy Chief Smith
