[HFDlist] Training Video

Hello,
Here is an awesome video sent into me by FF Pierce. Ive seen this  
video multiple times and it still amazes me!! Please take the time to  
watch at the least the first 10 min of the video. It shows that you  
can't be complacent and need to always be prepared.

This is what I've been looking for!! You guys to take the initiative  
to find cools videos or come up with ideas for training. Thanks Paul!!  
If anyone else finds something they feel is interesting or beneficial  
to our job, please send them to me.
