[HFDlist] Paramedic Intercepts

I know we have been over this in the past, but to refresh your memory, when
doing a paramedic intercept where you ride with the patient in another
services ambulance, code it as an intercept.  When selecting the CMS Service
Level on the field bridge, please select Paramedic Intercept and not ALS
Level 1.  This will alleviate any confusion and prevent double billing the
patient.  Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.
