Below are the arrangements for Retired Deputy Chief Ed Bracebridge.  Please forward to your members and retired members as well if possible.  Ed had a lot of friends in the area fire service, especially in Holden, Paxton, West Boylston and Sterling.  Per family's request, there will be no special fire department details other than our presence at the services.

We spoke with the family this morning and decided on the following: Uniform for both days Class A?s or the best you have (your attendance is the most important). On Tuesday meet at the station by 3:00 pm to then promptly go to Miles before the 4:00 pm calling hours. A large public attendance is expected, so the family would like to be ready early. We will post Honor Guards. The family expects to go beyond the 7:00 pm posted time. On Wednesday meet at 10:15 am at the Station. At 10:30 am we will go to the Church for the 11:00 am service. The family asks for no special details here other than our presence. We expect to have reserved pews for us to sit together to honor Ed. After the service there will be a reception downstairs. After that there may be a get-together at the Tavern. (Need to confirm if they will be open) Also, on Wednesday by 10:30 am we would like to have 27L1 out front with the Flag over Main Street and the Engines out front. We will be honoring a person who, for many years, gave unselfishly to the Brigade, other community groups, his Town neighbors and his family. He was one of the best, always to be remembered.
