This is an emergency/urgent notification system that we borrowed for the 
weekend activities and that was set up by the CERT team.

If it works well we are considering one as part of our Emergency 
Management notification system.

It does has a loud Hum in the background which we will work on, but 
other than let me know what you think about it!
