[HFDlist] FLU SHOT

In my last email, I explained we were having Rite Aid at HQ to give flu 
shots on October 8 starting at 5:00pm. If you don't complete the 
paperwork that's in your boxes by this evening, you won't be getting a 
flu shot. Again, if interested, fill out paperwork and leave a copy of 
your front/back insurance card on my desk.
