[HFDlist] Firefighter of the Year Awards

Each year the State Executive Office of Public Safety& Security holds an 
awards ceremony and recognizes firefighters for a number of different 
categories.

I am please to announce that this year they have chosen to recognize Lt. 
David Chapin, Lt. Barry Tupper and Firefighter/paramedic Paul Pierce for 
their efforts for the Paquette Silo Rescue!

Please join me in congratulating the three of them and the whole 
department and town for everyone's contribution to this significant rescue!

The ceremony will be at 10:30 AM December 19th at the Kresge Auditorium 
on the MIT campus in Cambridge. If anyone would like to attend please 
let me know as soon as  possible as we need to get tickets!
