[HFDlist] summer schedules

All: I will be making a summer schedule for the department. The schedule 
will be at HQ and Chaffins. Per the Chief, write in your vacation and 
days you will not be present/available. As you know, summer is always 
busy so we'll need to know who is and is not available. Thanks.
