[HFDlist] Conflict of Interest Forms

It's my understanding from the Clerk's Office that everyone needs to 
take the conflict of interest test regardless if you are full time, part 
time, paid or not paid. If you didn't get a copy, stop by my desk and 
pick one up. Needs to be completed and turned into me by April 1st.
