[HFDlist] New Per Diem Medic

Please welcome Bob Connor to the department as a Per Diem Paramedic as 
of January 27th! He currently works full time for Rutland Fire, and he 
previously worked at Northampton Fire. Bob comes to the department with 
lots of experience and certifications. Welcome!
