[HFDlist] New SCBA packs

Over the past few months we have been doing training on the new style 
SCBA air packs, including a practical confidence course for each person 
to go through.The new packs are different and it is important for safety 
reasons that all firefighters be familiar with them and demonstrate the 
ability to use them in actual scenarios.

Effective 1/1/13 anyone who has not completed the training and 
confidence course should not respond on an engine to a call. Those of 
you who have not completed it will get a separate email. Please get in 
touch with AC Russ Hall and make arrangements to taken the training as 
soon as possible!
