To anyone acting in the roll of shift lead:

If you have a time during your shift that AMR does not have a cover 
truck please let the Captain and I know by email before the end of your 
shift. A simple email such as Andy did below will suffice.

Also, please remember to check as you clear a call to make sure there is 
cover truck, where it is and what level it is.

If you have any questions please let me know.

Chief:
      We had 2 ambulance calls at close intervals the first call came  
in at 18:32 call #82. At this time AMR did not have a back up truck.  
We then received a second call at 18:46 call #83. AMR still had no  
back up truck we had to call W.B. We did not get a back up truck  
en-route to Holden until 19:22 and they did not sign off in town until  
19:29. And Holden ALS was back in town shortly after that. Andy Miller
