[Roadwork] Salisbury Street closure

Salisbury Street is closed to through traffic between Main Street and 
Newell Road due to downed wires and broken utility pole near the 
railroad bridge.  Detours are not posted, but motorists are encouraged 
to use Putnam and Bailey or Newell and Main as alternative routes.
