[Roadwork] Holden roadwork update

  Jim,
   DiPilato Construction will be closing Union Street in the area of  
39 Union Street Monday and Tuesday for Water Main connection.  The  
road will be passable for buses, but may be impassable between  
0900-1300 hours .  Steel plates will be in use, and proper signage  
will be in place.
