[Roadwork] Manning Street

Hello,

Due to a trailer truck blocking Laurel Street in West Boylston, Manning 
Street is being closed to thru traffic at Wachusett Street (Route 31) 
for the next several hours, at the request of the Police. Access to West 
Boylston/190 will not be possible.
