  All,

After some extensive back and forth with Umass and Umass security, we  
were able to convince them to install a keypad at the memorial ed  
doors. I know this has been an issue in the past for many of us, and I  
appreciate everyone's patience while we worked with Umass on a  
solution. See message below for details

   Exciting news for the Memorial ED and EMS. There is now a key pad  
outside of the triage doors in the ambulance bay so that EMS can now  
punch in the universal 911* to enter the department. This will  
alleviate the need to knock on the window and wait for registration  
staff to allow access.
