[HFDlist] New Payroll Sheet for SAFE & Senior SAFE Activities

Hi everyone,
We’ve introduced a new payroll sheet specifically for documenting SAFE and Senior SAFE Community Risk Reduction activities. This updated form will help us accurately track personnel hours and ensure proper reporting for the grant’s end-of-year requirements.
Copies of the new sheet can be found in the front office and radio room at headquarters.
An example of the updated sheet is included below. Please complete one sheet per person for any SAFE or Senior SAFE activity you participate in.
If you’re unsure which payroll sheet to use or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
