All:

It has come to our attention that EMT and Paramedic home addresses are  
available for download through the DPH license verification website.  
As this is a matter of public record, addresses can be accessed by  
anyone with knowledge of how to navigate to this information. Anyone  
who is interested in changing their mailing address may choose to  
reflect the mailing address of the fire department.

To do this, please log in to the DPH elicensing system  
here: https://healthprofessionlicensing.mass.gov/home

Once logged in, click on the "Manage My Licenses and Applications"  
tab. You will see your active certification, select the black button  
labeled "show details," followed by "Start and Address Change  
Amendment."

If you are choosing to utilize the mailing address of the fire  
department, amend the address to:

1370 Main Street
Holden, Ma 01520

The most notable change for anyone choosing to amend their address  
will be that all mailings (including renewal reminders) will be sent  
to the station instead of your residence. You will continue to receive  
other licensing updates via email.
