[HFDlist] Recall payroll sheets

All:

I find it hard to believe that I need to send this out again but...When 
filling out the recall payroll sheets, only the INITIAL incident number 
that originated the need for the recall shall be on the payroll.  Even 
if there are 5 subsequent calls, we only want the initial call number on 
the payroll sheet.  As long as the times reflect how long those on the 
recall were at the station, we don't need to see the multiple incident 
numbers, it just causes confusion in the payroll process.  From here on 
out, if you fill out a payroll slip with multiple incident numbers it 
will be returned to whoever approved it for corrections to be made.
