The EPA will be doing a project at the former ECC property on Princeton 
Street for which they have secured the property fencing and will have 
security on site.  Please see the below email with instructions should 
you need to enter the property for any town business.  If there is an 
emergency on the site, proceed as we normally do.

Hi All,

EPA has set up fences and has hired Siroka Security (24-hour security) 
at the ECC property.  When EPA is on-site, please sign in/out at the 
trailer located to the left when you enter the property.

EPA will not be at the site during Thanksgiving week. Environmental 
Restoration (EPA's on-site consultant) has informed Siroka Security to 
allow MassDEP, Town of Holden Employees and Tighe and Bond access/entree 
to the property.  When EPA is not on-site, please seek out Siroka 
Security prior to entering the site, provide them with identification 
and let them know when you leave the site.

Environmental Restoration has offered to adjust/move some of the fencing 
to allow easier access for monitoring well sampling and installation.  
It would be beneficial for Tighe and Bond to arrange with Chris May of 
Environmental Restoration (c.may at erllc.ocm) prior to site investigation 
activities.
