[HFDlist] EMS VR Training/Rounds

All,

Until the end of the month we have some Oculus VR headsets that are  
available for EMS training. They have essentially three different  
scenarios you can run through varying in difficulty and skill level.  
To get credit you must complete the pre and post test that are  
provided via the QR code on the headsets. There is also a traditional  
OEMS roster to sign. Each of the scenarios is expected to take 20-30  
minutes to complete. This can be done a a time of your choosing, but  
the headsets must be kept at the station. They will be available in  
the Shift Captain's Office, along with instructions for use and the  
OEMS rosters. For the best experience I suggest an area clear of  
furniture and hazards (min 7'x7', and a rotating office chair to sit  
in). If you have any questions, please contact FF Rogers or I.

As a reminder, rounds is scheduled for Wed 11/15 here at Headquarters,  
6pm. We will be reviewing Epi check & inject, Hamilton Vent, and  
Surgical Cric/Newport Vent.
