[HFDlist] Surgical Cric Kits

All,

The surgical cric kits have been added to each of the ambulances. One  
kit is in the first in bag, one is in the airway cabinet. The  
pediatric quick-trachs will remain, which is in line with current best  
practices for pediatric populations, the adult versions have been  
removed.
