[HFDlist] HFD Promotion

All:

I am pleased to announce that effective immediately, LT. Paul Pierce has 
been promoted to the rank of Captain.  With this promotion, the 
department will now have 4 Captains across the 4 groups which will allow 
for better flexibility within the command staff.  Captain Pierce brings 
many years of experience and knowledge to the position along with his 
technical expertise in HazMat.  Please join me in congratulating Captain 
Pierce in his new role.
