[HFDlist] Updated COVID Vacation Policy

All:

Attached please find the updated COVID-19 Vacation Policy.  It has been 
updated to reflect the Massachusetts travel changes  for those who are 
fully vaccinated.  The department also has the capability to provide 
COVID testing for department members if necessary post travel.
