[HFDlist] Knox keys

Knox box keys are assigned to specific vehicles by numbers.  Each key is tagged with the corresponding vehicle identifier on the key.  Currently, a key is assigned to A1, A2, A3, Car 3, E1 and E2.  If a vehicle is out of service, the only time that the Knox key should be removed is if it is going to a dealer or third party repair facility.  If the key is removed from here forward, it will be given to either myself or C2 so that it can be secured.  In our absence it should be given to the shift officer until such a time that they can turn it over.  Under no circumstances should a Knox key be taken from one vehicle and placed in another without the approval of either myself, C2 or the shift officer and if any of the listed vehicles does not have a Knox key present then it needs to be reported immediately.
