As many of you know, FF/EMT-P Chris Leonard graduated from the MFA on 
Friday.  I am proud to announce that he was chosen as the recipient of 
the Richard N. Bangs Award given to the outstanding student of Recruit 
Class S-19.  This award is competitively selected by the MFA Instructors 
for achievements both academically and in practical skills.  We would 
like to congratulate Chris for all his hard work in earning such an award.
