[HFDlist] Helmet Shields

Good Afternoon,

In an effort to standardize helmet shields as well as increase 
accountability and identification on the fire ground, the following 
layout of helmet shields shall be followed. As stated, members may order 
a custom shield with PRIOR APPROVAL as long as the general layout and 
configuration is the same as above. Approved helmet shields can be paid 
from clothing allowance funds.
