[HFDlist] Hepatitis B vaccinations

All:

This has already gone out to the EMS providers within the department  
but now I need some numbers from the firefighters.  With OSHA  
regulations coming into law on 2/19, we need to see who in the  
department has had their Hepatitis B vaccination series.  This series  
has been given to medical professionals for years but also to those  
entering college and I bellieve some received it as children.  For  
those who don't have it, we will be offering the series through our  
medical provider.  I need an idea of those who have it, want it or  
want to decline it for the upcoming budget.  Please respond by Friday  
11/30 so we can move forward with the cost estimates.
