[HFDlist] End of year spending

Good Morning,

With the end of the fiscal year only a few months away, we are  
starting to plan end of year purchases. If you have any spending ideas  
or recommendations (including equipment replacement, items for our  
stations, PPE, radios, training,  ect), please let myself or Chief  
Hall know. It helps if you bring forward a cost estimate associated  
with your ideas.
