[HFDlist] Hose testing

All:

Thanks to all department members who participated in hose testing this 
morning.  We were able to get a lot accomplished in a short period of 
time.  Additional thanks to LT Borowy for organizing and cooking 
breakfast for all who participated and Capt. Poznanski/LT Mouradian for 
overseeing the operation.
