Chiefs –

As you are aware the DFS Learning Management System has been available 
to users for several weeks now. Thousands of students have successfully 
applied for courses.

It is very important for users to update their Personal File that 
migrated from our previous database. If someone has taken a course at 
MFA since 1999 they have a profile in the new system and must update it 
before they can be enrolled in a course. If students do not update their 
profile with all mandatory fields they will be sent one reminder email 
that this is a requirement to be enrolled and their application will 
remain in applied status and they *will not* be enrolled in the course.

Anyone having trouble logging in should follow the job aids online or 
contact MFA staff at Academy.Registration at massmail.state.ma.us

assistance.
