[HFDlist] Tech Rescue Activations

All:

When the District 8 Tech Rescue team is activated for an out of town 
response, the department will be putting out an "All Call" tone to 
notify our department tech team members of the activation, location and 
the need of the tech rescue trailer.  Upon this "All Call", only tech 
team members and any available EMT's and Paramedics who will be needed 
for town coverage of on duty personnel should respond.  If any 
additional department personnel are needed, we will do a separate tone.
