Congratulations to Chuck Borowy and his wife Leyla on the birth of their 
first child. Baby Lilliana Marie Borowy was born yesterday on Valentines 
Day. What a "sweet" blessing! She is 20.5" long and weighs 7.2 lbs. Mom 
and baby are doing well. Congratulations!
