[HFDlist] LT Promotion

All:

With DC Smith's promotion, a LT/Shift Officer position on Group 1 was 
opened.  I am happy to announce that FF Chuck Borowy has been promoted 
to the position of LT on Group 1.  Chuck has been with the department 
since 2006 as both a career and call firefighter and is our SAFE 
Coordinator.  The promotion will take effect on 1/1/2018 and along with 
his duties on Group 1, LT Borowy will also be assigned as an officer out 
of the Chaffins station.  I would like to congratulate LT Borowy on his 
new position and look forward to him joining the departments officer group.
