[HFDlist] Public Safety Building Tour May 17 2017

Hello Everyone,
 
Davis Hill School Kindergarten teacher Melanie Amaral has scheduled a  
field trip with her students to visit the PSB on May 17, 2017. There  
will be three separate groups throughout the morning. The first group  
will start around 9:30 and will have 20 students. The second group  
will begin around 10:30 and will have 20 students. The final group  
will begin around 11:30 and will have 27 students. The tours will  
consist of a brief fire safety lecture in the downstairs conference  
room, followed by a firestation tour. There may be a fluctuation in  
the times due to the groups also touring the Big Y and needing to be  
bused to and from. I am looking for volunteers from 9-12:30 to assist  
in the lecture/tours. Let me know if you would like to help out and  
what times you are available. Thanks for your time.
