[HFDlist] Uniforms for duty shifts

Just a reminder of uniform expectations for those who work call shifts at
the station.  The uniform is class B either a department golf shirt with
your name and title or a button up uniform shirt with department patch on
the left shoulder.  T-shirts are not acceptable uniform wear for duty
shifts.  If you do not have a class B shirt, please see either myself or
Chief Chandler for approval to purchase.
