[HFDlist] Opticom Update

[Jack Chandler]

We now have an Opticom receiver across the street from the headquarters 
station.

When it is activated you will get a green light, but the strobe light 
may not go off. If you have a green light it should be safe top proceed.

When going to a call, please do not activate the vehicle warning lights 
until just prior to leaving the station.

If you are doing truck checks please be mindful of setting off the 
Opticom. The trucks shouldn't if the brakes are on, but....
